Camera policies are different for every concert. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and mobile phone cameras are allowed to be used without flash. Cameras with removable lenses are considered to be professional length and are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Security will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted.
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the venue.
No weapons of any kind are allowed into the venue.
For the safety of our guests, all patrons may be searched upon entry to the Summit.
The Box Office opens 1hr prior to door time on show days.
Tickets are available for purchase at our box office every night we have a show while supplies last.
For ADA seating please arrive just before doors are open so we can assure you get seated and set-up comfortably.
The Summit is general admission and mostly standing room only.
The Summit is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. The Summit box office, Marquis Theater box office or through Ticketmaster). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, Summit is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.
